Because AireXpert uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for authentication, user information—like screen names and email addresses—are pulled directly from your organization’s Microsoft SSO Directory.
This means your screen name is managed by your IT department or whoever administers your Microsoft account. Our system doesn't store or manage that information independently, so we can't change it on our end.
Any updates to your display name would need to be made by your Microsoft admin, and once those changes are made, they will automatically reflect in our software the next time you log in.
