How to Set a Confidence Level

Step-by-step tutorial to setting a Confidence Level for an Event in the Event Management Options Menu

Inside the Event Hub you can set a Confidence Level for an Event.

Setting a Confidence Level

(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the top of the Event Management Panel, locate and click the ‘Options Menu’. This will open the Options drop-down menu

(b) Click the ‘Set Confidence Level’ option. This will open the Confidence Level panel on your screen.

(c) In the Confidence Level panel, click the drop-down menu and select the Confidence Level you would like to apply to the Event.

(d) Once you select a Confidence Level click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm.

(e) Once you click ‘Save Changes’ it will post an update in the Event Timeline indicating the Confidence Level was set and you can view the Confidence Level in the Event Management Panel.
