Inside the Event Hub you can change the location, gate number or the discrepancy of the current Event.

(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the top of the Event Management Panel, locate and click the ‘Options Menu’. This will open the Options drop-down menu
(b) Click the ‘Edit Location/Discrepancy’ option. This will open a Event Details panel on your screen.
(c) In the Event Details panel, click the ‘Airport Code’ selector and select the new location for the Event.
(d) Once you select a new location, you can also assign a Maintenance Provider based on the new location. Select a Maintenance Provider that you would like to provide access for the Event then click ‘Save Changes’.

(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the top of the Event Management Panel, locate and click the ‘Options Menu’. This will open the Options drop-down menu
(b) Click the ‘Edit Location/Discrepancy’ option. This will open a Event Details panel on your screen.
(c) In the Event Details panel, click the ‘Gate Number’ textbox and enter the new Gate Number for the Event then click ‘Save’.
In the Gate Number textbox you can also enter text like “Hangar”. There is a 15 character limit for text entries.

(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the top of the Event Management Panel, locate and click the ‘Options Menu’. This will open the Options drop-down menu
(b) Click the ‘Edit Location/Discrepancy’ option. This will open a Event Details panel on your screen.
(c) In the Event Details panel, click the ‘Discrepancy’ textbox and enter the new Discrepancy for the Event the Click Save.
(d) This will post an update indicating the Discrepancy was updated in the Event Timeline.
