An Overview of Event Dashboards & Categories where you can view and access any Events within your Maintenance Operation.

What are Event Dashboards?

Event Dashboards are your home page where you can view and access any Active Events within your Maintenance Operation.

What are Event Categories?

Event Categories allow for the creation of multiple Dashboards, organized by type of Maintenance.

Default Event Dashboards

Default Event Dashboards will display Events created without an assigned category.

The Default Event Dashboards are:

(1) Active Events

Displays all Active Events (Scheduled or Unscheduled)

(2) Unscheduled Events

Displays Active Events created without a future start time

(3) Scheduled Events

Displays Active Events created with a future start time

*Scheduled Events will stay in Scheduled Event Dashboard after start time has past

Custom Event Dashboards with Event Categories

(a) Event Categories allow for the customization of Event Dashboards based on types of Maintenance. You can access your Event Categories Dashboards through the “Other” drop-down menu.

(b) Once an Event Category is applied to an Event, that Event will appear on the designated Event Dashboard.

(c) You can access your Event Categories Dashboards through the “Other” drop-down menu.

For Example: To organize your Heavy Maintenance Operation you can create a “Heavy Maintenance” Event Category.

You will apply the Heavy Maintenance Category to any Events that are created for Heavy Maintenance.

Now you have an Event Dashboard containing only Heavy Maintenance Events.
