Inside the Event Hub you can provide temporary access by inviting a user to an Event via SMS, Email or WhatsApp.

AireXpert integrates directly with SMS and WhatsApp, offering a dedicated messaging experience. Users can send and receive messages or files directly from their preferred Messaging app—no account setup required.
(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the top of the Event Management Panel, locate and click the ‘Options Menu’. This will open the Options drop-down menu
(b) Click the ‘Invite Users’ option. This will open the invite panel on your screen.
(c) In the invite panel, select ‘SMS’ as the invite type.
(d) Select the appropriate country code based on the users phone number, then enter their phone number. The textbox will turn green when a valid phone number is entered.
(e) Click the ‘Invite User’ button to send the invitation. This will post an update to the Timeline and the person invited will receive the invite as a text message.
(f) Once the invited user accepts the invite you will see an ‘SMS User Joined’ Timeline update. Once you see that update any messages you send will be received by the invited user.

Inviting a User via Email will provide them with a temporary access URL link to access the Event. When a User uses this link AireXpert will open in their devices Web Browser.
(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the top of the Event Management Panel, locate and click the ‘Options Menu’. This will open the Options drop-down menu
(b) Click the ‘Invite Users’ option. This will open the invite panel on your screen.
(c) In the invite panel, select ‘Email’ as the invite type.
(d) Enter the users email address.
(e) Click the ‘Invite User’ button to send the invitation. This will post an update to the Timeline and the person invited will receive the invite as an Email.
(f) Once the invited user accepts the invite you will see an ‘Email User Joined’ Timeline update. Email users will have access to AireXpert for web so any messages or updates made in the Timeline will be visible by the invited user.
