Inside the Event Hub you can assign a Controller as the Current Controller responsible for the Event.
Assign a Current Controller to an Event
(a) Inside of the Event Hub, toward the bottom of the Event Management Panel, you’ll find the ‘Current Controller’ section with a drop-down selector.
(b) Click the Current Controller drop-down menu to open a list of all Controller Users.
(c) Scroll and locate the Controlewr that you would like to assign.
(d) Select the Controller that you would like to assign to the Event. This will post an update indicating the new assignment in the Event Timeline.
