Inside the Event Hub you can view or edit the Maintenance Assignment. This is the Maintenance Organization with access to the Event.

(a) Inside of the Event Hub, in the middle of the Event Management Panel, you’ll find the ‘On-Site Maintenance Assignment’ section with a drop-down selector.
(b) The Maintenance Organization that is currently assigned will display as the selected Option in the drop-down menu.

(a) Inside of the Event Hub, in the middle of the Event Management Panel, you’ll find the ‘On-Site Maintenance Assignment’ section with a drop-down selector.
(b) Click the On-Site Maintenance Assignment drop-down menu to open a list of all Maintenance Providers at the current location set up with AireXpert.
(c) Scroll and locate the Maintenance Provider that you would like to select and provide access to the Event.
(d) Select the Maintenance Provider that you would like to assign to the Event. This will provide Event Access to the Maintenance provider and post an update indicating the new assignment in the Event Timeline.
