Basics of AireXpert
What is AireXpert?
(a) AireXpert is a better way to communicate with everyone involved in aircraft maintenance.
(b) It is a software accessible on both desktop and mobile devices with the AireXpert Web & Mobile applications.
(c) Each user will have their own personal account, allowing you to log in on both versions (Web & Mobile) of the AireXpert app.
What does AireXpert do?
(d) When you log in you’ll land on a dashboard that will display any aircraft in your fleet that requires maintenance action.
(e) We refer to any aircraft requiring maintenance action as an “Event”.
(f) Events in AireXpert are the key to organized and efficient Maintenance Operations.
What are AireXpert Events?
(g) AireXpert Events can be created for any type of maintenance and help by organizing the people involved, information, and tools together in one place.
(h) Events provide a central space to send and receive information relevant to a specific issue for each new discrepancy.
(i) Events use three identifiers; the aircraft requiring maintenance action, the aircraft’s location & what the current issue / discrepancy is.
