Controllers can manually create an Event any time they want or need to collaborate with other departments or store information for future reference.
Manual Event Creation
1. From the Live Events Page, Click the "New Event" button
(a) This will open the Event Creation form where you will create a new Event for the aircraft you're working on.
2. Fill in the Event Creation form
(a) Enter the location of the aircraft | (d) Enter a brief summary of the discrepancy |
(b) Enter the aircrafts tail number | (e) Select an ATA code |
(c) You can enter a gate number or leave it blank |
3. Click the "Create Event" button
Once you have created the Event, you will be redirected inside of the Event Hub. This is where the action happens.
Understanding User Event Access Levels:
Important: Now that you know how to Create an Event it's important to know Who gets Access automatically and needs to be provided with Access.
