6) Step Six: Complete Work on Aircraft

The sixth step will be to confirm work on the aircraft is complete and communicate any additional information needed.

The sixth step in the process will be for the Technician to confirm they have completed their work and Maintenance Control to receive any information they may need from the aircraft.

1. The On-Call Technician will send a status update once they have completed their work on the aircraft.

The technician should send a brief summary confirming they have resolved the issue on the aircraft. Whether you worked through the corrective action process with them or not.

2. If necessary, Controllers can request additional information they need at this time.

At this time, if more information is needed, Controllers can send a message with their requests.

3. Technicians should send a photo of the Log Page in the Event

If there was a log book write up, Technicians will take a photo of the signed off Log Page and send a photo to the Event from the aircraft.
