CBT for Controllers / Management Users
Computer Based Training for Controllers and Airline Management Users using the AireXpert Web Application
1) Step One: Create a New EventThe first step will be to create an Event from the Live Events page in AireXpert.
2) Step Two: Invite the TechnicianThe second step will be to invite the Technician to participate in the Event
3) Step Three: Collaborate through TroubleshootingThe third step is situational. If necessary, work with the Technician in the Event to identify the issue.
4) Step Four: Upload Technical Docs or FilesThe fourth step is situational. If necessary, you can send technical documents to the technician in the Event.
5) Step Five: Collaborate from Corrective Action to ResolutionIn this step work with the Technician or other work groups in the AireXpert Event to resolve issue.
6) Step Six: Complete Work on AircraftThe sixth step will be to confirm work on the aircraft is complete and communicate any additional information needed.
7) Step Seven: Complete the EventIn the seventh and final step the AireXpert Event will be closed and achieved for future reference.
CBT for Technicians
Computer Based Training for Technicians and Maintenance Teams using the AireXpert Mobile App
1) Step One: Event CreationIn this step learn how Unscheduled Events will be created in AireXpert
2) Step Two: Accessing the Event in the AireXpert appThe second step will be to Access the Event in your AireXpert Dashboard
3) Step Three: Send Messages to CollaborateThe third step is situational. If necessary, work with Maintenance Control or other departments in the Event by sending messages.
4) Step Four: Uploading Media to the EventThe fourth step is situational. If necessary, you can send photos or videos in the Event.
5) Step Five: View Technical Docs, Reference Files or Information SharedIf necessary, Maintenance Control can send any files or information shared in the Event to provide more situational context for Technicians.
6) Step Six: Easy Status UpdatesYou can use two-click status update to avoid interruptions during the job.
7) Step Seven: Completing an EventThe sixth step will be for Maintenance Control to close the Event. Once the Event is closed it can be accessed through the Closed Events Archive.
Supervisors & Leads: Assign TechniciansIn this bonus step Supervisors & Leads will learn how to assign work to their technicians and provide them with access to Events.
Supervisors & Leads: Managing OperationsIn this bonus step Supervisors & Leads will learn how to manage their operation using features in AireXpert to apply tags, request parts, and set deadlines.
