Maintenance Organizations will not have access to an Event automatically and must be assigned to an Event in order to gain access.
This tutorial will show you how to:
1. Provide Event Access when creating a New Event
2. Add or Remove Event Access to an existing Event
1. Provide Event Access when creating a New Event
(a) In the Event Creation form, locate and select the “Maintenance Vendor” option.
(b) This will open a drop-down menu of all available Maintenance Providers at the Events selected location.
(c) Select the Maintenance Vendor you would like to provide with access.
(d) Once you create the Event, all users assigned to this organization will be notified and have access to participate in the Event.
2. Add or Remove Event Access to an existing Event
(a) Inside the Event Hub for an existing Event, navigate to the right side Event Management Panel.
(b) Locate and select the “On-Site Maintenance Assignment” option.
(c) This will open a drop-down menu of all available Maintenance Providers at the Events location.
(d) Select the Maintenance Vendor you would like to provide with access.
(e) Once you make your selection all users assigned to this organization will be notified and have access to participate in the Event.
(f) To remove access for a Maintenance Organization, simply select “De-select Current Assignment”. This will remove Event Access for users at the previously selected Organization.
