Inside the Event Hub you can view any Active, Invited or Assigned Users that are working on the Event.
View Active or Invited Users & Assigned Technicians
Inside of the Event Hub, at the bottom of the Event Management Panel, you’ll find the Active, Invited & Assigned Users sections; each with their own list of Users.

The Active Users section will display any users that have taken an action in the Event Hub - Sent a message, Changed an ETR, etc. | The Invited Users section will display the name, phone or email of the person who was invited to the Event. Once the user has accepted the invite they will move to the Active Users section. | The Assigned Technicians section will display the name of Technicians who have been assigned to the Event through the ‘Manage Technicians’ option to the Event. Once the user has accepted the invite they will move to the Active Users section. |
Remove Access for Invited Users
Inside of the Event Hub, at the bottom of the Event Management Panel, you’ll find the Active Users sections.
(a) In the “Active Users” section and find the name of the user you would like to remove access from.
(b) Hover over the users name, once you hover over their name an “X” will appear on the right side of their row.
(c) Click on the “X” next to their name to remove their access. AireXpert will ask for confirmation, confirm you would like to remove that user from the Event.
