Inside Quick Query you can send messages or files that will be received as text messages by the person you are communicating with.
Send Messages or Files in Quick Query
(a) On the Quick Query page conversations will be displayed as Threads with the senders phone number labeled.
(b) Once you locate the Conversation Thread you would like to send a message or file to, click anywhere in the Threads box.
(c) Clicking the Thread will open the Quick Query Messenger panel on the right side of your screen.
(d) In the Messenger panel you can send messages by clicking the text box at the bottom of the messenger, typing your message, then click the paper airplane ‘send’ button.
(d) To send files in the Conversation thread, click the ‘Add Files’ button, select the files you would like to share from your device, then click the paper airplane ‘send’ button.
