Inside Quick Query you can export a Conversation Thread into an AireXpert Event.
Exporting Conversation Threads from Quick Query to an AireXpert Event.
If communication happens through Quick Query but you want to put it into an Event you can export any Quick Query Conversation Thread into an AireXpert Event.
There are two ways to Export Threads to Events:
1. Exporting to an Existing Event
If an there is already an Event open, whether create via Integration, automation, or manually, you can Export a Conversation thread into the Event at any time.
2. Exporting to a New Event
If there is not an Event open yet, you can Create a New Event and Export the Conversation thread in a few clicks directly in Quick Query.

(a) On the Quick Query page conversations will be displayed as Threads with the senders phone number labeled.
(b) Once you locate the Conversation Thread you would like to Export to an Event, click anywhere in the Threads box.
(c) Clicking the Thread will open the Quick Query Messenger panel on the right side of your screen.
(d) In the Messenger panel you can export the conversation to an Event by clicking:
Export All Messages
This will select all messages in the Thread when Exporting to an Event.
Click the 3-dot menu then click ‘Select Messages’
This will allow you to select messages from the Thread that you would like to Export to an Event.
(e) Whether you are Exporting all or select messages, when you click the ‘Export Messages’ button an Export panel will open on your screen.
(f) In the ‘Export Quick Query’ drop-down menu, Select ‘Add to Existing Event’. Then in the ‘Event’ drop-down menu, locate and select the Event you would like to Export the Quick Query Thread to.
(g) Once you have selected an Event to Export to, click the ‘Export Messages’ button. This will Export Messages from Quick Query to the selected Event.
Tip: You can easily invite the user from the Quick Query thread to the Event directly from the Export panel.
Simply select the 'Invite Quick Query Sender to Event' checkbox.

(d) In the Messenger panel you can export the conversation to an Event by clicking:

Click the 3-dot menu then click ‘Select Messages’
This will allow you to select messages from the Thread that you would like to Export to an Event.
(e) Whether you are Exporting all or select messages, when you click the ‘Export Messages’ button an Export panel will open on your screen.
(f) In the ‘Export Quick Query’ drop-down menu, Select ‘Create new Event’. This will open an Event Creation form in the Export panel.
(g) Fill out the Event Creation form with any necessary details then click the ‘Export Messages’ button. This will Create a New Event & Export Messages from Quick Query to the New Event.
Tip: You can easily invite the user from the Quick Query thread to the Event directly from the Export panel.
Simply select the 'Invite Quick Query Sender to Event' checkbox.
