Inside Quick Query you can open conversation threads and view any messages or photos shared between the sender or other Controller users.
View Quick Query Threads
(a) On the Quick Query page conversations will be displayed as Threads with the senders phone number labeled.
(b) Once you locate the Conversation Thread you would like to view, click anywhere in the Threads box.
(c) Clicking the Thread will open the Quick Query Messenger panel on the right side of your screen.
(d) In the Messenger panel you can view any messages or photos that have been shared by the sender as well as conversation between the sender and other Controller users.
