(a) On the Quick Query page, you can find your Organizations Quick Query phone number as well as an option to Share your Number on the Quick Query Detail panel on the right side of your screen.

(b) To share this number, click the ‘Share Text-in Number’ button. This will open an Invite panel on your screen.

(c) In the Invite panel, enter the phone number of the person you would like to invite to share information via Quick Query then click ‘Invite User’.

(d) This will send them a text message invite indicating Maintenance Control is requesting information. They can simply respond to the invite and it will be received in the Quick Query Thread.
