Access to AireXpert will only be provided to users with a verified email address.
If we are unable to verify your email address, approval for access may be required to complete the account set-up process.
We will happily assist with the verification process.
There are two ways to request access to AireXpert.
Primary: Organization Administrator
Your system admin can provide access by inviting you to AireXpert through the Administrative Panel.
To request access to AireXpert, simply reach out to your admin (Manager) and request they add you to AireXpert.
Alternative Option: AireXpert Support
Alternatively, you can request access by reaching out to AireXpert Support**.
To request access, simply type and send the message "Request Account Access" - an AireXpert Support Representative will assist you with creating your account.
**AireXpert Support may not be able to verify access for all users.
Depending on your organizations preferences, you may be required to verify through an Organizational Administrator.
Once your account request has been verified, your account will be activated in AireXpert.
For Organizations with SSO enabled, you will now be able to log in by entering your email in AireXpert (as long as your IT team has provided access from their end).
For Organizations without SSO enabled, you will receive an Account Activation email delivered to the inbox of the email provided for account creation.
