The instructions in this article are specific to organizations without Single Sign-On enabled.
If your organization uses SSO for user credentialing you can learn how to activate your account here.
If you're unsure which sign-on method your organization uses reach out to your organizations administrator or AireXpert Support for assistance.
Once your request for access has been verified by an Admin or AireXpert Support Rep. they will send you an Account Activation email to your inbox.
You will receive the account activation email to the Email Inbox provided for account creation.
It will have the subject line "Activate Your AireXpert Account".
It will come from the sender "AireXpert.TechOps@eng.io".
It will have a blue "Activate Account" button in the body of the email.
You will use this button to activate your account.
Activating Your Account
1. From your email, Click the blue "Activate Account" button.
This will re-direct you to a web browser window and open the Password Set-up page.
2. From the Password Set-up page, Create Your Password.
Your password must be at least 6 characters long and include at least one number. Passwords are case-sensitive.
3. Once you have created your password, you will be re-directed to an AireXpert sign on page.
Enter your email and password to log in.
