(a) To begin, Controllers will be responsible for creating new Unscheduled Events in AireXpert.
(b) Events will be created manually at first but can be automated through integration to eliminate dual-entry.
(c) When an Event is created you will be notified via browser/app notification (if logged in) or via Email if Automated Workflows are in use.
