AireXpert 101: Understanding The Event Hub

An Overview of the Event Hub in AireXpert. A fresh start for a each issue & central location to communicate; from report to resolution.

Each Event create will have it's own Event Hub which can be accessed by selecting the Event from your Airlines Dashboard.

The Event Hub is has three sections: The Event Overview, The Event Timeline & the Event Management Panel.

1. The Event Overview Section

The Event Overview section provides important details about the current Event.


2. The Event Timeline

The Event Timeline section is where you can post information of find information other users have shared.

The Timeline works in chronological order; new updates appear on top and oldest updates at the bottom.


3. The Event Management Panel

The Event Management Panel is where you can view & edit details about the Event and access the Options Menu, Maintenance Arrival / Status and Event Tags.

Through the Event Management Panel you can:

The Event Options Menus is where you will find Event Management tools.

The Options Menu has three sections: Add, Edit and Manage.

  • Provide Event Access by Email, SMS, or WhatsApp invitation

  • Change the location of the aircraft or the discrepancy of the Event

  • View Station Rosters and Assign Technicians to the Event

  • Add a Discrepancy for the same aircraft (creates an additional Event Timeline)

  • Add or Edit the ETR / Adv. Timers (appears on the Event Dashboard & Event Overview Section)

  • Apply a Confidence Level that current ETR will be met

  • Add a Work Order or Log Page # to the Event

  • Add Messages Relevant to Parts / Materials Information and/or Access the Assets Tracker

  • Apply a Category to the Event (Dashboard the Event will appear on)

  • Add a reminder specific to this aircraft

  • Edit the Start Time of the Event

  • Turn off any notification of updates for this Event

  • Download and/or Print a PDF version of the Event Timeline

  • Download a .zip file of all files and media uploaded into the Event (Delivered via Email)

  • Combine two Event Timelines into one Timeline

  • Close the Event from new updates and archive it into the Closed Events History.
